How much does custom software cost?

Custom software is quoted per project, based on the features, users and integrations involved. You receive a written quotation after a free consultation, payments follow the 10% / 50% / 40% milestone schedule, and third-party subscriptions such as AI model usage are listed in the quotation. Prices exclude GST.

How does the milestone payment schedule work?

A 10% token confirms your project slot. 50% is paid to start planning and production, and the remaining 40% after your final review, before the live handover of files, code and access.
